Dr. R. V. Arts and Science college, Coimbatore is established by Dr. R. Venkatesalu Naisu Charitable Trust, to provide high quality education to the youth of the country. The college conducts various value added courses after the regular academic hours to cater to the needs of those students wishing to be above others in today’s competitive market. With an average percentage of result coming around 88%, the college is doing pioneer work in the field of Education. The college is situated in the temple town of Karamadai and is easily accessible from any part of Coimbatore.

Why to Join Dr. R. V. Arts and Science College?
- Infrastructure- The College is spread over an area of 11.76 acres of land with well built buildings. The library is optimally used by faculty and students for learning and research. There is a separate seminar hall which can accommodate 150 students and a mega auditorium with seating capacity of 850. Sports facilities are available with many grounds for games like football, cricket, hockey, handball, etc. apart from indoor games. There are separate hostels for boys and girls on campus grounds.
- Laboratories – The College has various laboratories catering to the different departments of studies. Bio-tech Lab, Computer Lab, Autoclave Preparation Room, Chemical Room, Culture Room, Inoculation room and Instrumentation Room are provided for practical work.
- Extra-curricular activities– All the college extension activities are conducted by the NSS and students participate actively in such events. Alumni meet is a yearly event whereas Parents Teacher Association meetings are conducted on a regular basis. A yoga center functions in the college and yoga training is compulsory for all students.
- Scholarships- The Government provides scholarship to BC, MBC, SC and ST students. The College Authorities offers concessions, privileges and freeships to the poor, downtrodden and sports persons.
