About Gokhale Education Society's HPT Arts and RYK Science College
The Gokhale Education Society is located in Saharanpur Road , Prin T.A Kulkarni , Vidya Nagar, Nashik , Maharashtra 422005. It was established in 1918 on the third death anniversary of Narendra Gopal Krishna Gokhale by the illustrious disciple late Principal T.A Kulkarni who was also a great social worker.
It offers UG, PG, Research, Vocational, and Certificate courses in Arts and science streams. Admissions to the courses are based on merit in the last qualifying examination.

Gokhale Education Society Admissions
The admissions will be strictly done on the merit-based and as per the rules of the reservations.
Only those students will be considered for the admission who fulfill all the eligibility conditions laid down by the university.
How to Apply?
- Applicants have to pay all the full fees during the time of the admission.
- Change in the subject once offered is not allowed.
- Immediately after seeking the admission the student should obtain an Identity Card / Library Card.
- In case applicants have any problem during the admission procedure, course, subject ,document they can contact the admission staff , Principal or Vice Principal.
- Students offering bifocal courses have to fill up the separate form and submit it into the vocational electronic lab and get the subject approval confirmed at the time of admission.
Documents Required:
- A passport size recent photograph must be affixed on the admission form in the space provided.
- Students from other colleges: Original copy of the transfer certificate and marksheet along with two attested xerox copies of each must be attested to admission form.
- Students from other boards/universities have to submit Transfer certificate, Migration certificate, Passing certificate in original along with two attested Xerox copies of each document.
- Students seeking admission to the first year B.A /M.A,/B.Sc,/M.Sc have to fill the eligibility form of the Savitribai Phule Pune University.
- Applicants eligible for the concession in fees like PTW/STW/FF/EBC/Reserve Category/Defense Personnel etc will have to submit the undertaking at the time of admission that they will fill the online form.
- Students of H.P.T/ R.Y.K seeking readmission have to submit the original copy of the marksheet with two Xerox copies of the same.
- The Parent-Teacher Association form should be filled and submitted along with the admission form. The application form will not be accepted without the PTA form.
Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fees: The application cancelling the confirmed admission will be receiving the refund fee after deducting the amount on the instructions given below.

The trained students also got the remuneration of about 500/- per presentation. The trained students have crossed over 20,000 and the corresponding amount of remuneration goes more than 1,80,000 (Once Lakh Eighty Thousand Only)
More than 4000 thousands are benefited from this activity and over 700 students are placed in reputed companies inside and outside Nashik region.

Ques. Is placement good at Gokhale Education Society ?
Ans. Yes. Before the placement the students are trained under a programme called EARN and LEARN on Cyber Security and are asked to give a presentation on I to the students of 5th to 10th class over 200 schools with an remuneration of 500/- presentation. More than 4000 students have been benefited from this training part and approximately 700 students are placed in reputed companies inside and outside Nashik region.
Ques. Are there any hostel facilities available in the college ?
Ans. No. There are no hostel facilities available in the college. But the girls hotel is available if necessary. The hostel can accommodate only 100 girls.
Ques. Is it true that Medical and Physical Education Examination are compulsory for the students?
Ans. Yes . But only for the students of F.Y. B.A and F.Y. B.Sc and have to give the eligibility test otherwise they will not be permitted for the examination.

Ans. No. It’s a private college both Junior and Senior.
