GGSGP Kaithal Courses

GGSGP Kaithal Admission

Admission in Diploma courses shall be made on the basis of merit of Secondary School Examination (Matriculation)/ equivalent qualifying examination. The counselling and admission process is overseen by the HSBTE. All the information regarding admission and counselling can be checked at the prospectus here and same can be applied online too.

Application Steps

Apply online at https://onlinetesthry.gov.in/Home.aspx as per “Key Dates” given in the prospectus.
One-time portal for online registration will be open for all courses for the session 2020-21 as per the schedule mentioned under “Key Dates”.
For all Diploma Courses, the Application Fee of INR 500/ for General Category and INR 200 for all Reserved Categories has to be paid.
Candidates have to fill their particulars in the application form as same as the particulars in the 10th-grade exams & have to upload photographs, signature, and 10th-grade mark-sheets as and when needed.
Merit lists shall be prepared for those candidates only who have verified online by the Designated Centres (List at prospectus) after registration.
Merit of Diploma Engineering, Lateral Entry, and Diploma Pharmacy Courses get displayed online at HSBTE site.
Two online off-campus counselling will be conducted for all Diploma Courses by HSBTE as per the “Key Dates” given in the prospectus.

Counselling Procedure

Candidates have to register for counselling at the counselling link available in https://onlinetesthry.gov.in/Home.aspx.
For all Diploma Courses, the counselling fee of INR 500/ is applicable for all the Category students.
Based on the merit list prepared by HSBTE, the rank obtained and choices available, candidates can fill in their choices
College seats are allotted based on rank, seat availability, preference, and reservation criteria (if any).
The result of the counselling will be displayed online at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in as per the “Key Dates” given in Appendix-I.
Candidates can wait for 2nd round of counselling for their choice of college if not allotted in the 1st round.
Manual verification of documents will be done at the allotted college to be followed by fee payment to get admitted here.

GGSGP Kaithal Placements

Placements in the institution are undertaken by the Training and Placements Cell. The cell engages in organising various training activities and conducting campus placements to help students with their employment. Some of these are as follows:
