IBSAR Group of Colleges is a private institute that came into existence in 2008. The group of colleges is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by the University Grants Commission and the Govt. Of Maharashtra. This institute was set up in Karjat to give an impetus to management education, and ever since has been acting as the pioneer in the field of management education interfacing with industry, business leaders, and academicians
