These seats are filled by The Convenor, EAMCET Admisssions as per the rank secured by the students in Entrance Examinations. To be admitted in this category , the candidate should have passed the qualifying exam (10+2) or its equivalent
- Category-B Seats: 30% of the Intake is earmarked for this category. These seats are filled at the College level as per the guidelines issued by the State Government
- Lateral Entry Seats: 20% of the total intake is earmarked for Direct admission into B.Tech II year under Lateral entry. These seats are filled by the Convenor , ECET Admisssions as per the rank secured by the students in Entrance Examinations

- Category-B Seats: 30% of the Intake is earmarked for this category. These seats are filled at the College level as per the guidelines issued by the State Government.
