• Pre Placement Talk: Before the actual recruiters come down, some representatives come to speak to students. They learn about the work culture, and learn more about the companies, helping them to decide where to apply.
• Submission of Resumes: After the pre-placement talk, aspirants create their resumes and hand them over to either the company or placement cells.
• Short Listing: Candidates are then shortlisted, based on their resumes, academic records, and skills.
• Campus Recruitment: Through group discussions, written tests, case studies, personal interviews, etc, students are selected by companies and handed the offer letters.
