The Madhusudan Institute of Co-operative Management (MICM), was established in 1955. This college is functioning under the aegis of National Council for Co-operative Training (NCCT), New Delhi, financed by the Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Co-operation) Government of India.
- Objective of the Institute is to develop human resources for efficient management by various management training programs.
- MICM offers various Diploma courses and MDPs for the personnel working in Cooperative institutions.

There are good numbers of audio and videocassettes on a variety of subjects. About 10 numbers of research scholars got their Ph.D by utilizing the library facility of the institute.
Computer Center: The Institute have 62 Systems with Internet and Intranet connectivity. It is having its LCD Projector also.
Audio Visual AIDS: As a constant endeavor to offer the best management education to the students, MICM has well equipped with the modern teaching aids. These include Audio system, TV, VCR, Handicam, OHP, LCD etc.​
