About Magadh Mahila College

Magadh Mahila College, established in 1946, is affiliated with Patna University and has been accredited B+ grade by NAAC. All the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the institute have been recognized by Patna University. In order to take admission to undergraduate 3-year degree courses, candidates must have a minimum of 45% at the Intermediate Examination from a recognized board. Admission to the B.Com course is done on the basis of Merit-Based. For postgraduate courses, candidates are selected on the basis of entrance exams and interviews at Magadh Mahila College.

The institute started four 3- Months Certificate Courses and two 2- Months Certificate Courses in German and Computer application. Apart from this, a 6- Month Certificate Course in Japanese Language Proficiency was also started in the Academic Session 2019-20. The institute also provides Wi-Fi facilities and has a clean and green campus which attracts people to visit the institution.

The college was honored with the 'Best College Award' in 2014, by the Chief Minister of Bihar, and the 'Excellent Institution of Higher Education For Girls in Bihar' award in 2016.
