National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism, established in 2007 by Vishwa Samvad Education Foundation (trust registered under The Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950). The institute is affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and approved by AICTE. The mode of application at NIMCJ is online i.e. students have to fill the online application form available on the official website of the institute. The steps involved in the application process is given below:
- Visit the official website https://gcas.gujgov.edu.in/.
- Click on “Apply Online” and complete the registration for Admission
- Fill in the mandatory details including mobile number and email id to receive the OTP.
- Submit the OTP and proceed to the next step.
- Upon submission, you will receive the Application number and Password on your registered mobile number.
- Sign in using the Application number and Password.
- Then, navigate to the profile section and fill out the necessary details. Click on “Save & Next” to proceed to the next tab.
- Under the Choice Tab, select your prefered course i.e.: BAJMC (Hons) or MAJMC.
- Next, select "Ahmedabad" from the District Name dropdown and click on "Search Choice".
- Select the College Name and click on “Save & Next” to proceed further.
- Complete the payment process and click on “Submit” button for final submission of the application form
