Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC) Thane is a vocational education and training institute that has been awarded the A+ Grade by the Government of Maharashtra and has received several other accolades including the title of the Best Vocational Training Provider by the UK India British Council & FICCI. The academy was also a finalist at the Times of India Social Impact Awards 2011. The academy houses 4 functioning departments in total, namely the Automobile Engineering Department, Civil and Construction Engineering Department, Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering Department, and the Management & Entrepreneurship Department.
RAGC offers several vocational diploma programs for professional skill development under the aforementioned departments. The Thane Centre of RAGC offers Full-Time Programs in Automobile, Electrical, Construction, and Business. It also offers several part-time certifications such as Multi-Skill Technician – ELBS, Construction Site Supervisor, Automotive Mechanic etc. The academy provides various facilities such as the Automobile Laboratory, Electrical Laboratory, Construction Laboratory, IT Laboratory, Lobby, and a well-stocked library that help in facilitating the training process. The academy has received academic support from several reputed names in the automobile, construction, hospitality, electrical and business industry including Audi, Honda, L&T, Taj, The Lalit, Inox, Vodafone, Camlin and many more.
