Sree Narayana College Scholarships
There are various kinds of scholarships that are provided by Central and State Government; the major ones are mentioned below -
- Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship (SJMS): The student must belong to a BPL 1 family and must have scored at least 50% or above in the qualifying exam. This scholarship is for UG as well as PG students and offers INR 10,000 per annum.
- Post Metric Scholarship (PMS): This is sanctioned by the Ministry of Minority Affairs. To qualify for this scholarship, the student must belong to a Muslim/ Latin converted Christian community and must score 50% or above in the following examination.
- State Merit Scholarship: This is sanctioned by the Department of Collegiate Education Government of Kerala. To qualify for the scholarship, the student must have scored 50% or above in the qualifying examination and the annual income of family must not exceed 1 Lac. The scholarship offers INR 1250 per annum to Graduation Students and INR 1500 per annum to Post Graduation Students.
Sree Narayana College Facilities
The College provides students with various kinds of amenities, out of which some of them are listed below:
- Central Library - There is a huge building block behind the main building that is somewhere around 6000 sq. ft. with over 46082 books and journals of acknowledged writers and authors.
- Computer Centre: The College has 120+ computers as well as 22 printers with high-speed LAN computing. There are eight mini-computer labs and 2 main ones.
- Hostel: The College has hostel building for accommodation services for girls. As the hostel can accommodate only 75 students, so the students are allotted the hotel on the basis of merit to provide the studious students with a serene and calm environment for academic progress.
- Fitness Centre: The College is equipped with all basic necessities for fitness training and also has playfields for various kinds of outdoor games.
- Canteen: The Canteen has both non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian food items at cheap prices.
- Capability Enhancement Centre: It is a centre associated with language laboratories, bridge courses, remedial coaching, career counselling and many more.

The College has great teaching and non-teaching staff. The teaching staff is dedicated, hardworking, and highly knowledgeable. More of the percentage of faculty in each department have doctrine in their respective subjects and have a teaching experience of more than three years.
