Tagore Arts College has a training and placement cell that trains the students in various fields like leadership development, skills development, interview techniques, Group Discussion and many more. The students get properly groomed under the guidance of experienced faculty that helps them to face the challenges of the employment arena.

2. A variety of Training Activities-

The students who are a part of Naval NCC undergoes training where they learn Boat Pulling, Parade Training, Ship Modeling, Firing, Sailing in enterprise class boats, kayaking and wind surfing, rope work, boat work and many more interesting activities. At Group Headquarters, all these training activities are imparted.

3. DGNCC Flying Unit-

This unit at Tagore Arts College has been revoked in the year 1999 where besides necessary manpower, the unit has two Microlight and one glider. 200 Cadets are part of this training activity.
