Admission is carried out through Web Counselling. Admission will be made based on options exercised by the candidate. A web-based allotment would be done in the official site, which will get notified in the news media right after POLYCET results gets declared. No separate call letters will be sent to the candidates, but instead Admission notification gets issued in the news media which can be considered as a call letter.

Admission Procedure

Soon after the declaration of results of SSC and POLYCET, detailed notification is published in daily newspapers for the interested candidates to attend for certificate verification and entry.
The details of web-based counselling and venues for certificate verification and option entry is made available on website https://polycetts.nic.in/.
Candidates called shall attend with all original certificates and documents for verification at any one of the designated venues.
Candidates shall check the details (local area, reservation/special reservation category, sex printed) on the receipt of certificates and gets them corrected by the verification officer immediately.
Relevant information regarding college seats and fees will be provided along with familiarizing them with web counselling.
Allotment (Allotment of seats will be based on computer program considering the merit of the candidate and Reservation category).
