AAFT Admission

AAFT admissions for the year 2024 are ongoing. The AAFT admissions process requires students to undertake the AAFT Global Entrance Exam (AAFT GEE). The Entrance Exam consists of an aptitude test and a personal interview (via offline or online mode) based on the aspirant’s chosen discipline. The application to AAFT is done in both online and offline modes. The details of the application process are given below:

How to Apply :

Visit the official website and fill out the application form or visit the office and collect an application form.
Submit the application form along with a registration fee of INR 1600.
After the submission, candidates have to sit for the AAFT Global Entrance Exam.
The results will be declared within 3 working days and selected candidates will receive an admission letter from the university.
The selected candidates have to submit the required documents along with the first installment of the fees.

Ans. AAFT University research focuses on Cinema studies, Broadcast television, Video art, Digital media, Fine arts, Visual arts, Journalism and Mass Communication, visual communication Fashion and Interior design, Photography, Animation and Media management for nurturing the next generation of artists and scholars.

The Doctor of Philosophy degree is bestowed and awarded for advanced studies wherein the student demonstrates outstanding original scholarship. It connotes the student can conduct independent research and has both a broad basic knowledge of all areas of his or her field and rigorous and in-depth knowledge of one field in particular. Ques. What is the admission procedure for AAFT?

Ans. The first step is to fill out an Application Form which can be downloaded for free from the AAFT website.

After submitting the Application Form, aspirants are required to undertake AAFT GEE (AAFT Global Entrance Exam).
The first step in AAFT GEE is an Online Aptitude Test.
The next and final step in AAFT GEE is a Personal Interview (direct or online).
If students successfully clear the Online Test, they will be informed telephonically.
Candidates will then have to submit the registration amount (INR 20,600 for degree and INR 15,600 for diploma) before taking the final interview.
On successfully clearing the interview, students must submit the booking amount of INR 40,000/- within 3 days to lock the seat.
On successful payment of the seat booking amount, the candidate will be provided with the Admission Letter from the Admissions Department confirming his/ her admission to the opted program.
After this, the candidate is required to submit the 1st semester fees as per his/ her plan within a week.
The candidates will then be required to submit the educational certificates and other requisite documents, as conveyed by the Admissions Manager.
It is mandatory for the applicants to get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement duly signed by the Admissions Department.
