BDS	Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in PCB in the qualifying examination i.e., 10 + 2 /HSC or equivalent Duration: 5 years Course
MDS	Specialization: Oral Medicine and Radiology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Prosthodontics, Public Health Dentistry Eligibility: Candidate must have completed BDS program from a recognized university or equivalent. Selection Criteria:

Admission at KLE Institute of Dental Sciences is based on merit as well as entrance test. For admission in BDS the candidate has to appear for the common entrance test i.e., KRLMPCA or the admission can take place on the basis of merit. For MDS the candidate must pass the basic eligibility criteria of the college.

In BDS seats are allotted by merit selection based on competitive entrance examination (KRLMPCA) and it is followed by Centralized Counseling.
