About BPHE Society's Ahmednagar College

The BPHE (Bhaskar Pandurang Hivale Education) Society’s Ahmednagar college was established in 1947 as the first college for higher education in Ahmednagar district. The college has been accredited with 'B++' grade by NAAC, and has received ‘Educational Excellence Award' by Brands Academy and 'Best college’ from The University of Pune.

It provides various courses at UG, PG and research level like BA, B.Sc, MA, M.Sc etc. It also provides additional Certificate courses in Molecular Experimental Techniques and in BPO skills with other upgraded certificate courses.The admissions are offered on the basis of merit.

NCC- Having headquarters of 17 Maharashtra battalion. NCC enrolment is voluntary. Cadets expenses were borne by the government. Credit scoring A and B grading 'C' certificates are eligible for SSB interviews.
