About Dravidian University

Dravidian University has been accredited with a B grade from NAAC and is recognized by the UGC. There are 30 academic departments and four centers within the university. It's a public university and was established in the year 1997.

Undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate programs are available at Dravidian University in a variety of subjects. Admissions to these programs are held once a year.

It also offers Distance education courses. Dravidian University's Directorate of Remote Education was established in 2008 in the Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh to deliver quality distance education. DDE offers B.A., B.Com., BBA, BCA, B. Lib, and B.Sc. courses at the undergraduate level, as well as M.A., MCA, M. Com, M.Sc., MBA, M. Lib, and PG Diploma courses at the graduate level. Admissions to all these courses are based on the performance of the students in the qualifying examinations. Application forms can be filled in through offline mode.

DUCET 2024

DUCET (Dravidian University Common Entrance Test) is a national level entrance exam administered annually for admission to Dravidian University for several postgraduate courses such as MA, M.Sc., MLISc, M.COM, MSW, and others.
Candidates will have 100 minutes to answer 100 objective-type questions on the question paper. There is no negative grading, and each accurate response receives one mark.
After Qualifying for the exam students can apply to these Institutes.

Dravidian University Placements

Approximately 70% of the students get placed. The maximum wage package is approximately Rs.7 LPA, while the average compensation package is approximate Rs.3 LPA. Internships with a stipend of roughly 5000 rupees are also available at the college.
