About Government Engineering College

With a public-private ownership between Govt. of Jharkhand and Techno India, Government Engineering College, Ramgarh is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. With a highly commendable commitment towards education and moral development among youths, Ramgarh College of Engineering is a learning hub for students seeking knowledge and excellence in the field of engineering.

It offers a full-time B.Tech program in 5 specializations with 60 student capacity in each. Admissions to B.Tech are based on the state level Entrance Exam (JEECE/ JCECEB) conducted by the Govt. of Jharkhand.

In collaboration with MHRD, GoI, the college works in integration with Third Phase of Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP-III) that aims at glorifying and improvising Engineering Education in the low income states and special category states of the country.
