Holy Mary Institute of Technology, Hyderabad was established in 2001.. This distinction was given to HITS-COE in February, 2005 in recognition of its efforts "for identifying the deficiencies of each student at the time of entry and for providing additional inputs by way of extra classes and courses in soft skill development”. HITS College of Engineering is affiliate to J.N.T.U Hyderabad.
