The Indian Institute of Welding is a professional body devoted to the cause of promotion and advancement of welding science and technology in India. The quality policy of the Indian institute of welding is to promote education and qualification in welding in India in line with international standards which would be globally recognized and accepted. The aim of the institute is to promote awareness of the need for internationally recognized quality education in welding amongst the welding professionals of the industry and to set up an infrastructure for education, examination and qualification of welding professionals through authorized training bodies & which would provide opportunities to welding professionals in India.
