Mahatma Phule Arts, Science and Commerce College, Panvel is one of the most prestigious colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai, established in June 1970. It is a co-educational college. It maintains grants-in-aid and that the fees and the facilities are all fixed by the Government.

MPASCC Panvel Admissions
For admission to MPASCC, the candidate should have passed 10+2 from any recognised institution.
Admission procedure is strictly as per rules and regulations of University of Mumbai.
How to Apply?
- The candidate should have to buy the application form from the college website.
- Fill the Application Form with all the details accurately in the form.
- Submit the Form along with all relevant documents.
- Now, the final step is to wait for the Merit List. If his/her name appears on the List, then he/she must deposit Fee and the Admission will be confirmed. However, if the name does not appear in the list, he/she should wait for the second Merit list.

- Original Statements of marks of 10+2 Exam.
- Transfer Certificate
- Passport size recent Coloured photograph of the student.
- Caste Certificates
- Non-creamy layer Certificate in case of O.B.C students.
- Migration certificate.
- Students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories should submit required documents at the time of admission.
- No Objection Certificate- A student of another college has to submit NOC from the college he/she has last attended.
- Pass Certificate and Migration Certificate.
