SNSCE Coimbatore Admission 2024

The college offers admission to UG, PG and PhD courses. For UG courses the counseling is done through TNEA and for PG courses it is done through TANCET.

For TNEA:

Fill the online application form for TNEA on the official website.
Payment of TNEA application fee (INR 500 for general candidates and INR 250 for reserved category) can be done online.
A copy of the printed application from, accompanied by photocopies of educational documents, must be sent to “Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025,”.
Candidates whose name is listed in merit list will be able to participate in the counselling process.

For TANCET:

Candidates must first apply for TANCET by registering through the TANCET website.
Both online and offline modes of application are offered by TANCET.
Candidates applying through any mode of application are required to send a copy of the complete application form and photocopies of all relevant documents to “The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University, Chennai”
For offline payment of application fees, a demand draft of INR 500 (INR 250 for reserved category) is to be enclosed with the application form.
Qualifying candidates are called for a university-level counselling based on which seats are allotted.

SNSCE Coimbatore Scholarships

The college provides scholarships to needy and meritorious students apart from center and state funded scholarships. Scholarships worth INR 2 lakhs are offered to the students under various categories with the help from private funding. The students have to maintain a certain CGPA throughout the college years for the continuation of their scholarships.

The college also conducts SNSSAT exam for providing scholarships upto INR 10,000 per year.

Library: The College has a central library with a seating capacity of 150 students and almost all the subject related books that the students and staff need. It also provides access to digital e-journals and books.

SNSCE Coimbatore Faculty

The faculty of SNS College of Engineering is very qualified and trained in terms of teaching in their respective subjects of study. The college faculty members teach and motivate students very well. It is the first Indian institute to implement a design thinking curriculum in education. All the teachers have a PhD degree or equivalent and have many years of experience in teaching. The college is headed by Dr. SN Subramanian as its chairperson who is also a post graduate in his subject.
