Ans. Various self-study materials are available for most of the courses in this college. These materials are prepared by the universities’ eminent faculties and reputed academicians. Study material in the form of textbooks, reference material, journals, reports is prepared. They also provide update slips and magazines for each of the subjects. External reference material is also provided for the students.

Ans. The mathematics examinations over the two years study course consist of 28 theoretical, 3 practical examinations. The student has to write 1 dissertation paper. All of these together have 1200 marks and offer 98 credits towards academia. These are conducted in 4 semesters, 1 semester being 6 months.

Ans. Most of the official processes are computerised within the college systems. Student registration, admission, financial related, academic activities, Student support system and online support are computerised. The Continuous evaluation process is yet to be digitised.

Ans. The DDE of Vidyasagar University has arrangements with 20 centres in and around Midnapore for conducting examinations. Such examination centres are within the territorial jurisdiction of Midnapore, have the provision of CCTV cameras, biometric attendance and can also do a video recording of the examinations.

Ans. The college provides learner support coordinators. Thus, through the complete 2 years, the candidates are not alone in doing the course. Candidates have to get in touch with their coordinators once they have completed the admission formalities and made payment of the fees. The coordinators connect the student with counsellors according to the course of the student. The coordinator and counsellor help the student through the projects, dissertation and any other concern that may come up.
