About MIT Academy of Engineering - [MITAOE]

MIT Academy of Engineering (MITAOE) commonly known as MIT Alandi was established in 1999. It is approved by UGC and affiliated with SPPU. MIT Alandi is also accredited by NAAC “A” grade and NBA.

MIT Alandi offers B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral), B.Des and M.Tech programmes. Admission to B.Tech is based on the merit in MHT CET (Maharashtra State Candidates) and JEE Main (All India Candidates). For B.Des, candidates must qualify for MAH-B.Design-CET.

MIT Alandi Placements 2023-24 is ongoing. According to the previous year’s data, the highest package of MITAOE closed at INR 24.74 LPA given by Cisco followed by INR 22.63 LPA offered by PhonePe to 3 Computer Engineering students. 621 students got placed with an annual CTC ranging from INR 2 LPA to INR 24.74 LPA. MITAOE Pune Admissions

Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, the admissions would only be conducted through online mode.

To be eligible for admissions for all the B.Tech courses, the candidate needs to secure qualifying marks in MH CET/JEE MAINS, which is then followed by counselling conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

To be eligible for admissions for the M.Tech courses, the candidate needs to secure qualifying marks in GATE which is then followed by counselling for the exam conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

MITAOE Pune Placements

The training and placement department of MITAOE is quite impressive and boasts of an excellent placement record. The department is wholly devoted to providing quality placements to the students and ensures that every student gets at least one job offer. The training and placement department conducts the following activities to assist the students in bagging jobs -

In the last (5 years) so many years, over 200 (More than) companies across the country have visited the campus and offered placements to the students. Some of the top-notch companies like Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Mahindra, JP Morgan, Hitachi, Accenture, L'oreal Paris, Mercedes Benz, Spicejet and many more. The highest package offered is 10.75 lakhs with average packages ranging from 4 to 6 lakhs.

MITAOE Pune Scholarships

The College also provides scholarship to the economically weak and meritorious students. The scholarship can be availed by the students whose parent’s annual income is below 2 lakh. You have to fill and submit the scholarship form on the MITAOE website.

MITAOE Pune Facilities

Library: The central library of MITAOE provides access to a vast number of resources to students in a bid to expand the knowledge base of it’s faculty and students.

The library houses more than 11,000 titles and 48,000 volumes. The library encompasses a huge collection of journals, magazines, e - books CD - DVDs etc.

It also has the facility of a digital library with a large number of e - books, online journals, video lectures, e- resources, exam related materials etc.

The library has also subscribed to video courses from some notable digital learning platforms such as NPTEL, SWAYAM and National Digital Library.

Sports: The college has a strong foundation for sports owing to its multiple sports facilities.

The college has the facility for many outdoor and indoor sports such as badminton, carrom, chess, football, volleyball, table tennis to help the students stay fit and inculcate sports skills in them.

The students also regularly take part in inter college, intra college and inter departmental sports competitions. There is also the provision of primary first aid and counselling for the staff and students when required.
