About Sanjay Gandhi Medical College

Sanjay Gandhi Memorial College, established in the year 1980, is run by the Jharkhand Social and Educational Development Association. The college is located in Pandra and Kamre, Ratu Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand and it is affiliated permanently to Ranchi University.

It provides general and honours undergraduate courses across various streams. Students can take admission in the college on the basis of their merit. Some of the popular courses that the college provides are BCom, BA, and BCA.

At present around 5000 students of different sects and tribes are enrolled in our college. Since the college is located in a tribal-rural area , most of our students belong to a socially and educationally backward group.
