Bharati Vidyapeeth School Of Distance Education, Pune is approved by the UGC, AICTE and accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by NAAC. It offers UG, PG, and Diploma programs in various streams like Arts, Science, Commerce, Management and Law. Bharati Vidyapeeth Distance Education admission to all its courses is done on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination.
Students opting for Bharati Vidyapeeth Distance Education programs can learn from the comfort of their homes on its e-learning platform i.e. Learning Management System (LMS) and also attend the live lectures conducted by the institute fortnightly.
Bharati Vidyapeeth School of Distance Education has also established 10 study centres in its own constituent units located in Pune, Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolhapur, Solapur, Karad, and Sangli which helps the distance learning students with admission counselling, library facilities, tutorial sessions, and conducts the university examinations. BVDU School Of Distance Education Admissions
Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, School of Distance Education invites application twice in a month - July-August and January-February. Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses mentioned above must register themselves via online or offline mode. Follow the subsequent steps in order to apply via Online/Offline Mode:
Step 1: Visit the application form and navigate yourself towards the Admission procedure.
Step 2: Click on Apply Now and Register yourself by entering personal and professional credentials
Step 3: Choose any learner support from the following centers: Navi Mumbai, Sangli, Solapur, Pune, Karad, and New Delhi.
Step 4: After the completion of the registration process, the application form will appear. Continue filling the form or download + fill in (for offline users)
Step 5: Duly filled formed with uploaded scanned images should be submitted by clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab or posting on the official address.
Step 6: Make a payment of the required amount of the application fee as per your course and category via Online Mode (Debit/ Credit Card) or Offline Mode (DD in favor of BVDU SOD)

- Download or keep a copy of the application form and fee receipt for future requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified of their registered contact number and email id.
Selection Procedure
The final selection of all the programs will be done on the basis merit system - Canidadtes marks obtained in past qualifying exams.
- The selection of Bachelors Degree programs will be done on the basis of applicants marks in Intermediate (10+2)
- MA, MCA, PG Diploma, and MBA aspirants will be admitted on the basis of the marks obtained in the graduate-level exam

Under the supervision of as Co-ordinator, the students perform the placement tasks. Students can use the contact directory of Alumni, which includes more than 3000 Alumni names. So far, the Career Development Cell of BVDU has reported more than 6000 full and part-time jobs. Graduates and Postgraduates from distance education is currently working very effectively in several fields like private industry, education, self-employment, government administration, consulting, agribusiness, NGOs, etc.

Ques: How can I know my BVDU SOD exam center for Term Paper?
Ans: The students will be allotted to the examination center for their term papers according to their chosen option (in the examination form). The Center will be one of the colleges that fall under the city and zone chosen by them. In case, a student wants to change its examination center, he must fill and submit the ‘Change in Examination Form’ to the concerned department.
Ques: While filling the application form via online mode, I am unable to upload the required images. What should I do?
Ans: There can server problem due to multiple candidates trying at the same time or one must not be following the correct steps to upload. Below are the steps, refresh your form and follow:
Step 1: Login with valid credentials and click on Upload Images
Step 2: Upload Passport size image and Signature subsequently within the size of 70kb
Step 3: Click on Submit, the images will be successfully uploaded.
Ques: How much does a Bachelor’s degree costs at BVDU School of Distance Education?
Ans: The fee structure of a bachelor’s degree varies from course to course. Each program has different fees to be paid by the pursuits. Following is the fee structure per annum as per course:
INR 4,000 for BA and B.Com
INR 15,000 for BBA
Ques: Will I get any study material for preparing for the exam?
Ans: Since the institute is a distance education school, it provides SLM - Self Learning Material. After the admission procedure, students will get ID Cards. By visiting the Study Centre and showing the ID Card, one can collect SLM concerning your subjects.
Ques: Can I register for two or more programs at one time?
Ans: Candidates are not allowed to opt for two degrees at the same time but, in the following way one can opt for more than one course at a time:

Ques: How do I cancel my Admission and get a refund of fees?
Ans: Candidates seeking cancellation of their admission must submit request application in this regard addressed to the Director, School of Distance Education along with receipt of Online Fee submission to their concern Study Centre. The policy of the refund of fees after the cancellation of admission is applicable as per Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University.
