BESTIU has multiple global affiliations with prestigious foreign universities for internships and training, providing students with much-needed international exposure. The placement cell provides students with Pre-placement Training, Industry-Institute Interface, Conferences, and Seminars. Training is divided in two phases. At BEST Innovation University the students may get scholarships up to 2 lakhs each through the entrance examination BEE. In 2018 and 2019 two hundred students were awarded from the University Sponsoring Body. There is also the arrangement of striking scholarships for high-quality students and there are different kinds of opportunities for students based on equality and social injustice. The authority considers special admission criteria for Underprivileged and Meritorious students of Andhra Pradesh.
- There are 40% reservation seats for the women and rural underprivileged students of Andhra Pradesh.
