Chandradhari Mithila College, Darbhanga, was established in 1938 under the institution of LN Mithila University. This is one of the oldest reputed colleges in India. The Chandradhari Mithila College is well known for providing UG and PG courses across Art, Commerce, and Humanities, and Social Science streams. These include BA {Hons.}, M.A, B.Com {Hons.}, M.Com, Diploma course. The Self Financed courses ( BBA and BCA ) from CM College are the main focus of the institution. CM College Darbhanga Admission 2024

CM College, Darbhanga releases admission notifications for the various courses in May-June every year. The Admission is conducted on the merit list basis made of the marks obtained by the students in the qualifying examination.

• The admission process at the college is an offline process. Students need to download the admission application form from the official website of the CM College attached with the prospectus. 
• Fill the Admission form and attach the following documents with it:

• Submit the complete filled Admission form on the Admission Counter and Collect the receipt or acknowledgement.

CM College Darbhanga Scholarships

The College provided the following scholarships, Prize, and Awards to its students: 

• State-Sponsored Scholarship for SC/ST Students: College allows SC/ST category students to apply for scholarships provided by the state government. 
• Sudama-Ramdhari-Merit-Cum-Poverty Scholarship: The college provides INR 100 per month to extremely poor students who have passed with first division in previous exams. The scholarship is provided to only two such students. 
• Late Umakant Jha Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is provided to the students from the faculty of Humanities and Social Science. The selection of eligible students for the scholarship is done by the teachers. 
• Atma Ram Poddar Memorial Prize: An amount of INR 15000 is provided as the prize to encourage extracurricular activities. The scholarship is provided to 11 students and two groups under four categories: Debate Competition: 4 Students, Creative Writing: 2 Students, Correct Writing: 5 Students, Quiz Competition: 2 Groups.

The college provides the following facilities to its students: 

• Hostel: The college provides hostel facilities for outsider students. facilities are available for boys students for a fee of around INR 2300 per annum. 
• Library: College has a huge library for all the faculty of study. Students can also access the e-library, e-journals, and e-thesis. 
• Health Center: College provides medical facilities to its students. It has health checkups and hospital facilities. 
• Banking: The college has campus Banking and Postal facilities. For the banking facilities, PNB Branch has been operating since 1984 and for the postal service, a branch of the main post office is operating from the campus. 
• Smart Class and Computer Lab: CM College has four smart classes and one computer lab. The smart classes and computer lab are equipped with LED monitors and have a sitting capacity of around 30 students per class. 
• Sports: The college has sports facilities for athletes, hockey, football, table-tennis, kabaddi, cricket, etc.
