Dayanand Academy of Management Studies (DAMS), Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh is a part of Dr. Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation (VSEF). Dayanand Shiksha Sansthan is managing more than 25 post graduate and intermediate colleges all over U.P. & Uttaranchal.

DAMS is the first self-financed institute in Kanpur to impart management education in the form of MBA. The institute was established in 1998, and is accredited to AICTE and affiliated to Gautam Buddha University. DAMS offers 5 courses across 3 streams namely Commerce and Banking, Management, IT and across 4 degrees like B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA.

Hostel facilities are not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Math Lab, Academic Zone, A/C, AV Lab, Auditorium, ATM, Boys Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Library are also available.

The college offers many facilities such as:

Lecture Hall: Lecture Halls have a standard sitting capacity of 70 students at a time. They are equipped with LCD and other modern gadgets. Few of the lecture halls are air conditioned.
Sports Complex: The Institute boasts of a compound field for Football, Cricket, Hockey, Boxing & Athletics in addition to a Badminton and Handball courts. The Institute also has an indoor games room with Chess, Carrom and Table Tennis facilities.
Library: The library is well stocked with a variety of books that has more than 4000 titles in over 13,900 multiple copies. It is regularly updated with the latest titles from India as well as overseas
Cafeteria: The Cafeteria serves very delicious and healthy foods. It has various food options too.
Seminar Hall: Seminar hall has the seating capacity of 150 and is utilized for Seminars, Conferences, Guest Lectures, Group Discussion, Debates and in-house Competitions. It is equipped with the latest audio visual gadget.
Computer Centre: The Computer Lab is well equipped with more than 100 Dual Core computers and other computing resources to cater to the academic needs of the Institute. All computers are networked through Novel, NT & Linux along with Internet servers.
