- Kitchen : The Smoke-N-Hott Advanced Training Kitchen, where notable Chefs guide the students from basic to advanced culinary skills.
- Labs: Bakery Lada is a hot bakery practical lab while Theobroma is a modern chocolate and confectionary laboratory to teach baking and confectionary education.
Apart from these they also have Front Office Practical, Housekeeping Training Lab, recreation rooms and conference rooms. FIHM also hosts guest lectures, seminars, field visits, workshops, industry visits, and casual training to fully prepare its students.
