Government Polytechnic Dwarahat Almora Admission

All the admission seeking candidates must have an Indian Nationality compulsorily. Each applicant is selected on the basis of JEEP scores. Then, the candidate has to go through online application form filling to initiate the admission process into the courses offered here.

Application Process

• Step 1-Candidate will have to fill the following details in the application form:
  • Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Contact Details 
  • Nationality 
  • Category
  • Sub category 
  • Address
  • Minimum qualifying examination details
  • Email and password
  • Exam centre
• Step 2- The Candidate has to then upload photograph and signature. The format of photograph must be JPEG of size 20Kb to 50Kb. And the format of signature must be JPEG of size 10Kb to 20Kb.
• Step 3- After completing the mentioned steps, the candidate will proceed for payment through net-banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/ e-challan of the partner banks. The fee for general category is INR 800 and for SC and ST category, it is INR 500.
• Step 4- Once all the steps are done, the candidate has to take a printout of the confirmation for future reference.
• Step 5- The website then provides admit card and candidates have to appear in the exam in the chosen centres and time slot. The mode of examination is online.
• Step 6- A merit list is released based on the score of JEEP.
• Step 7- An allotment letter will be sent to the students according to their secured merit. Candidates will have to download the letter and take a print out of it. The letter will contain details related to the allotted institute and branch. All the allotted candidates should reach allotted institute on the scheduled date and time along with the allotment letter by carrying all the documents for verification of the same.
