- Payment of INR 1000 should be made by cash or cheque.
- A Demand draft can also be made in favor of "Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management" payable at Kolkata.
- Submit the filled up application form by post to Guru Nanak IHM campus.

- Hostel: GNIHM has got 2 hostels for both boys as well as girls which are located within the college premises. The residential facilities are well equipped with adequate resources that ensure comfortable and hygienic living standards of students. Full-time boarding is also provided to students seven days a week along with 4 meals a day.
- Seminar Hall: A seminar hall is available with modern furnishing. The acoustics has also been well-built in order to conduct paper presentations, workshops, debate, intercollegiate competitions as well as guest lectures.
- Computer lab: GNIHM contains a Computer Lab which consists of 40 open access computers. The Internet is available to the students during college hours.
- Library: The library consists of a collection of over 6000 books. There are also general and trade journals, as well as a variety of skill-oriented audio-visual training cassettes.
