Library: The HIMCOM campus features a fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art library with books ranging from media, journalism, to Radio and entrepreneurship. We have a collection of hundreds of books and journals on different aspects of mass communication and allied subjects such as economics, political science, international relations, and current affairs.
Studios and Equipment: The institute houses high-end FCP Apple video edit machines for a network-based digital non-linear video editing system. There are also high-end digital graphic support systems for TV and print media. Digital still cameras, microphones, digital recorders and other accessories are available. There is also an in-house studio with the latest technology to ensure practical exposure to the students is never a distant dream.
Hostel: Himcom provides hostel facilities for outside students. Accommodation options are available for both boys and girls separately. There are air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms available for the hostellers. An adequate facility for food and lodging is available. Hostels are equipped with proper security measures to ensure the safety of the staying students. Proper hygiene standards are being followed regularly to ensure the health and safety of students. There are single, two, and three-seater room options are available and prices will be varied accordingly. Outside and anonymous visitors are prohibited to visit the hostels; regardless, only guardians are allowed to pay a visit in official hours.
