Under the same principles the Hitkarini Prashikshan Mahila Mahavidhyalaya is constituted that works on the ground level of encouraging the behavioral changes of individuals through good education. The aim has been fulfilled with the course of education being followed in this series.  The course includes Bachelor of Education or B. Ed which is a must require these days to get into a primary or a higher secondary school. The students from the arts stream do cover the syllabus and given teaching in history, civics, geography and languages, while the subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology are managed by science students. The college is capable enough of providing basic materials and insights for the students with modern and hi-tech classrooms, expertise mentoring faculties and library resource sets.  Moreover, students do get to enhance their co-curricular activities as well.

Teaching standards and principles based on National Council for Teachers Education— The students are given fundamental training and basic concepts in terms of preparing them for the upcoming challenges and obstacles while taking subjects of their own. All the amenities are provided as per the standard convention to up bring the best out of them in a more qualified way.
