IEC Noida has a placement cell that bridges the gap between Industry and Institute. The institute has more than 4500 prominent recruiters. The cell provides on-campus training for JAVA, Digital Marketing, Data Analyst, etc. in collaboration with NASSCOM, Aricent, EXL Service, Centum Learning, etc. 95% of eligible students got campus placement from the 2022 batch with an average salary package of INR 4.00 LPA and 50% of eligible students from the 2023 batch also got campus placement before the completion of the pre-final semester. The institute also has industrial training partners like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Cisco, Google, SAP, TCSion. The Placement Cell organizes career guidance programs for all the students starting from the first year. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc It also invites Corporate leaders from different industries to conduct training programs for final-year students.

More than 400+ companies organized online, and offline campus drives during 2021 and 2022. The major USP of IEC College is “Earn While You Learn”. The institute organizes a specialization-based On-Job-Learning program of 06 Months with INR 20,000 to INR 35,000 per month stipend.
