About Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management - [JKSHIM]
Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management was founded by the Nitte Education Trust in the year 1988 and is located in Bangalore. The course offered by it is a 2 year full time MBA program affiliated and approved by AICTE.
JKSHIM has introduced a family managed business program at K Ullas Kamath Centre for Family Managed Business on its campus. The centre will work with micro, small and medium sized businesses to provide them them with the toolkits for their business upliftment. The first cohort of the program will begin on June 13 and registration will end on May 31. The institute will organize two-four cohorts each year. A maximum of 20 candidates will be allowed to participate in each cohort.
The institute is quite recognized and has been ranked as high as 55th in the list of top business schools. Apart from various achievements and awards the college is also in the process of getting accredited by ACBSP. The Chairman Professor K. Sankaran is himself highly educated (IIT-IIM) and believes that imparting best quality of education to its students to help them become great managers in future.

- Placements: The college has a well-managed placement cell for carrying out the placement related activities for the college such as contacting corporate houses, calling them to hire students, arrangement of guest lectures, summer training companies, etc. Even in 2014, 72 students were placed and out of which 38 were placed in top companies. Some of the companies that visited this college were KPMG, Axis Bank, HDFC, ITC Hotels, Thomas Cook, Tesco and many more.
