Karnavati University is located in Uvarsad near Gandhinagar, established in 2017. The college offers profuse UG, PG, and doctorate level courses with multiple specializations. In 2019, KU was granted membership of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Some of the notable international collaboration of the university include University of Northampton, De Montfort University, University of Derby, etc.

Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance exam followed by GD and PI. Some of the entrance exams accepted by the university are UID-DAT, CLAT, UGAT, KUAT.
