The college offers Bachelor of Engineering course in five major streams.
The college has separate hostels for boys and girls with all modern facilities. The mission of KJIT is to produce the best engineers towards the growth of the nation and industry. The college has a placement cell that always prepares the students for their final placement. Many students of this college are placed in a reputed company. 100% scholarship is provided to students whose annual family income is less than 8 lpa at KJ Institute of Engineering & Technology.

KJIT Scholarship
In order to financially assist students who are unable to fully pay their tuition fees, the institute offers a number of scholarships. The scholarships are available for meritorious and deserving students.
- Government scholarship facilities are provided to students. Moreover, freeship is provided to needy students who meet the eligibility for the scholarship. Students can also get an Education Loan from a Nationalized Bank without guarantee/mortgage. The guidance for obtaining the loan will be provided by the college.
- TFW: Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is also applicable to the college. Admissions to the same are done by ACPC / ACPDC, Admission Committee.
- Scholarship: S.C. / S.T. / SEBC / EBC Students Get Scholarship as per the Government of Gujarat norms.
- For ST students Bus & Railway Concession Pass are provided. Students should contact the student's department of the college.
