- Food Production lab
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped laboratory designed to provide training to students in food preparation. Students learn basic to advance level culinary skills in Indian and international cuisines. Kitchen Management, Hygiene & sanitation, menu planning & costing are all an integral part of becoming a world-class chef, which is taught here.
- Housekeeping Lab
The model guest room in the institute is named after the Hotel ‘Cocoon’. The students get to learn facilities, amenities and services provided at 5 star hotels. Beautification, maintenance & upkeep of the hotel premises is the key responsibility of this department.
- Front office lab (Reception)
The front office section trains students to interact with guests and provide hospitality services. They learn to operate hotel system software for MIS, budgeting, room rate fixation. Students learning to receive guests, offer services and prepare reports.
