Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET), Pune is one of the best Naval training institutes approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, India. MANET is affiliated to MIT ADT University, Pune. The institute was established in the year 2001. It provides assistance in two Naval courses, B. Tech Marine Engineering, and B. Sc Naval Science.

Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training offers undergraduate courses in the field of Naval Sciences. The course details are provided below:

MANET Pune Admission

Admissions to the Naval Sciences courses are based on the merit rank of the IMU CET entrance exam. The candidates for both B.Tech and B.Sc. courses are selected on the medical exams and relevant selection criteria.

How to Apply?

The aspirants looking for getting admission at MANET can follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website and fill out the application form.
Step 2: Pay the application fee of INR 1000/-
Step 3: Shortlisting of the candidates are called at MANET campus for document verification and Interview.
Step 4: The shortlisted candidate from the above step proceeds for DG Reference No. and INDoS Registration.
Step 5: After the final counselling, the candidate need to pay the admission fee to confirm the admission.

Note 1: Shortlisting is done on the basis of the PCM marks and Medical fitness as per the DGS norms.

Hostel: The college has two separate hostels of girls and boys. The hostel has recreation centers, indoor play areas, T.V screens, and Wi-Fi and laundry facility available for the student.
Mess: The institution has a mess inside the hostel that provides nutritious and healthy food to the students.
Library: The college has a well-equipped library with nearly 8198 reference and resource journals for B.Tech students and 1863 references and resources for B.Sc students. It has an indoor seating arrangement with a capacity of 110. It is open for the students from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Gymnasium: The institution focuses on the physical well being of the students and hence has two gymnasiums with high-quality types of equipment and well-trained instructors.
