Application Process
- Apply online at http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in/diploma.aspx as per dates mentioned in the “Admission Timeline” given in the information brochure.
- Candidates applying via lateral entry have to fill the lateral entry application form, and the rest of the process is similar for them.
- Candidates need to register first with uploads of photograph, signature and then pay a registration fee.

- Candidates have to take the printed application form, with fee payment proof, and required documents to a counselling centre of their choice for manual verification, if not done online previously.
- After initial document verification, a merit list will be published based on the marks obtain in 10th-grade exams.
- Candidates should choose colleges based on their meritorious ranking re in the merit list.
- Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in 10+2 exams.
- Seats are allotted based on choices, availability of seats and merit obtained in the merit list.
- Manual document verification will also be done at the allotted college.
