Hi-Tech Classrooms: The institution has established fully furnished, spacious, and well-ventilated lecture halls on its campus. All the classrooms are resourced with the latest audio-visual training aids, projectors, and comfortable seating arrangements to make the overall teaching-learning ambiance more efficient and boost the productivity of young minds. Another key advantage of this setup is that presentations can be given seamlessly by teachers while delivering course content. 

Transport: NIA has a fleet of buses and vans to provide seamless pickup and drop off of students and staff members from nearby locations of Mangalore city. The facility is free of cost and the end goal is to save everyone precious time by reducing the journey time from home to campus. All the vehicles are driven by trained drivers and strict security measures have been implemented. 

Hostels: To provide a home-like environment to students away from their homes, separate accommodation facilities are offered by the college to both girls and boys. The hostel fee for the 1st year includes the caution deposit, mess advance, and the room rent. Caution deposit is returned to students at the end of the course. This facility has everything ranging from clean, spacious, and airy living rooms with attached washrooms, a cot, cupboard, study table, and chair, a mess for food, and in-house laundry. 

In addition to this, every hostel has solar water heaters, a Wi-Fi facility, a common telephone and TV room, a reading room, a visitors lounge, water coolers, generators, 24x7 security, and surveillance cameras. Computer Center: A cutting-edge, big, and avant-garde Computer Lab has been built in the college to enhance the IT skills of students, and help them become digitally proficient. The latest computer systems with the required configurations and software are installed here. Systems are interconnected through a high-speed LAN network. It is used by both teachers and students for assignments, and projects, making PPTs, and performing curriculum-related tasks.

Gym: There is an air-conditioned Gymnasium in NIA. It is situated on a huge area of 5500 sq ft. of land and remains open from 6 AM to 10 PM. Both day scholars and hostellers can use this facility. The latest equipment including Treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, and rowing machines are installed here for them to do various kinds of workouts. 3 professionally trained Instructors remain available to guide students at every step. 

Sports: The college firmly believes that physical and mental fitness is very essential for the overall personal and professional growth of the students. Hence an athletic turf track of 400 meters along with a big playground has been built on the college premises. Students can play and enjoy a wide variety of outdoor games like Football, Cricket, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, and Badminton. Additionally, enough indoor arrangements have been made for games such as Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom.

Medical: The college has a 1000-bed multispecialty Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital and the A B Shetty Dental College Hospital to help students and staff members avail both medical and dental treatment. 

FAB Lab: This facility aims to provide the necessary environment, skills, and materials to students so that they can manufacture and test their projects using the latest digital fabrication technology, alongside more traditional woodworking tools, ceramics, and casting.
