About Nowgong Engineering College

Engineering College, Nowgong was established in 2012 by the Madhya Pradesh government. It is located at NH-75, behind Navodaya Vidyalaya, Naura Pahadi, Nowgong, District- Chhatarpur. It is among the 5 autonomous government engineering institutes in Madhya Pradesh. College got approval from All India Council for Technical education (AICTE) in the academic year 2012-13. It is among the top engineering colleges of the state.

The college offers 3 types of courses in engineering- Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. College also plans to start Electrical Engineering in the near future.

Companies like L&T, Galcon and others visit the campus at semester end. Also internships are provided by companies like BHEL, Maruti Suzuki etc.

The admission procedure of the college is completely online. The maximum number of students to be enrolled in each course is 60.
