Padmashree Krutartha Acharya College of Engineering, Bargarh, started its journey in the year 2002, with an objective to impart value, ethics and principles.
The motto of the college can be highlighted from the fact that since its inception, the college is focusing on quality rather than quantitative education. The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, recognized by Govt of Odissa. The institute has spread its wings over 25 acres of land at Chakarkend in the eastern part of Bargarh town.
The college is among fast growing institutes of Odissa which shows the continuous dedication of the management and the faculty members. Sincerity with dedication towards work, honesty among colleagues, transparency among students and teachers has helped the institution to reach the pinnacle of glory.
