Admissions in SRGC Muzaffarnagar is offered on the basis of 2 parameters:
- Entrance based: Entrance based admissions for various courses on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance exam and counseling procedure carried out. For example UPTAC for B.Tech. and CAT for MBA.
- Merit-based or direct admission: These admissions are offered in the case of vacant seats which is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. The applicant must pass the qualifying degree with 50% aggregate for direct admission.
How to apply?
- Students must go to the Online Registration Cell for CCS university courses if not already registered.
- After filling the registration form, the help desk should send the students to the Admission Controller for the recommendation and permission to issue the prospectus.
- After the recommendation, the admission controller should instruct the student to contact the college office for the issue of the Prospectus.
- The College Office will issue prospectus, ID card slip, rules & regulations, and undertaking form to the student.
- When a student comes after declaring University merit for admission, the Front desk manager will guide the candidate to the verification desk in the verification room.
- The verification authority will be checking all the necessary documents in Original and other information as required in the admission form.
- After the recommendation for admission, verifying authority will guide the candidate to the admission coordinator for the permission of admission.
- The admission coordinator will recommend and then send the candidate to the principal for final signature.
- After the permission of the principal the candidate shall submit the fees along with the admission form and related documents on the fees counter itself.
