Ques. What is the difference between B Tech and B Tech Lateral Courses?
Ans. While B Tech is a 4-year program, B Tech Lateral is a 3-year program. In the latter, a student may take admission to the 2nd year directly. To be eligible for this course, one has to be a diploma holder and pass the 10th standard board examination with at least 50% marks (or 45% marks, in case of SC/ ST candidates). To take admission to the B Tech program, one needs to pass 10+2 with at least 50% marks in the prescribed group subjects (relaxation of 10% in case of SC/ST candidates), and sit for the AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test).
Ques. Can I collect the application form from the college office?
Ans. No. One needs to fill in the application form online itself. You need to visit the official college website or the official websites of the respective state-level examinations for the same.
Ques. Are there hostel facilities in the college?
