BGS School of Architecture and Planning

BGS School of Architecture and Planning is a Bangalore based Private institute which was established in 2015. The institute is affiliated to VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University), Belgaum, Karnataka and approved by the Council of Architecture. BGS SAP offers B. Arch in the discipline of Architecture and admission to the course is based on the score obtained in last year's qualifying exam along with a valid score in the NATA entrance exam. Apart from this, BGSSAP also offers M.Arch and Ph.D. programs.

How to Apply?

1. Go to the official website and visit the admission section.
2. Click on registration for the admission link.
3. Fill in the application form by entering all your correct personal and educational details. 
4. After successful submission of application form, a confirmation mail is sent on the registered mail ID of the candidate for further communication regarding admission procedure and fee submission.
5. Candidates must note that registration is not the confirmation of admission and if any mandatory information is missing from the application form, then also it will get rejected.
6. It is mandatory for candidates to submit the original documents at the time of admission and for NRI/International students, eligibility certificate is must to pursue courses from BGS SAP.

BGSSAP Facilities

To enhance the learning efficiency of students and teaching capacity of faculties, to give a perfect ambiance to students for their studies and research work, BGS School of Architecture and Planning offers below mentioned facilities to all its students and staff members.

Library: For the purpose of expanding students’ subject knowledge and fulfilling their academic requirements, the college has maintained an amazing library and to maintain silence it has been established separately from the main college building. This library is not just a library but a special place for all the readers-writers in the form of students and is also a home of a vast collection of textbooks, reference books, magazines, journals and newspapers etc.

Hostel: The BGSSAP offers hostel facility to the students. The single and double occupancy rooms are fully furnished along with attached washrooms. BGSSAP hostels aslo have a common room with TV and DTH connection for In house entertainment.

Auditorium: The institute has an air-conditioned auditorium which has a seating capacity of 1500 people and is well-resourced with amenities like high quality JBL Dolby digital sound, state of the art lightning system with multiple projectors to give a better viewing experience and events like guest lectures, architectural talks and discussions are organized here by the college.

Transportation: BGSSAP also offers transport facility to those students who come from very far to attend classes and give lectures respectively. And it has dedicated buses for the same purpose which all operate on 3 different routes in Bengaluru. 

BGSSAP Student Life

For the purpose of sharing students’ ideas, interests and suggestions and mediating to resolve students’ issues and queries on time, the institute has a dedicated students’ council. This council also organizes small and large scale events, conducts meetings and documents the same to maintain transparency among students, faculties and staff for the decisions which are taken during those meetings.

Rotract Club: The Rotract Club is a global association to unite young leaders for the purpose of discovering solutions for some real world issues. And the BGSSAP Rotract Club was established in 2016 with the objective of associating students with society for doing service before self. The club intensely believes in 19R’s including Revise, Restyle, Revamp, Reshape, Refashion, Redesign, Reform, Recast, Rework, Remake, Remodel, Remold, Redo, Reconstruct, Reorganize, Reorder, Redefine, Reorient and Reach out. This club has organized many sports events and a Blood Donation camp for the needy ones.

Creative Crew: For the purpose of fostering creativity among students, giving them a platform to express their hidden talents and diversify their artistic capabilities, BGSSAP has established Creative Crew which consist of students having Photography, Digital Design, Literature, Installation Art and Wall Paintings like skills.
