The Pune based Dr DY Patil College of Architecture Akurdi is located on a very large area of land and has a positive, sophisticated and calm ambiance for teaching-learning so that students and teachers can maintain good relations with each other, grow on both personal and professional level and can collaborate with each other to change the world. Library: With the aim of assisting teachers and students for their project and research work, help them in their overall personality development and supplement their existing knowledge through additional sources, the college has established a spacious library on campus and the atmosphere of this library is very pleasant and calm. Also, this library is a home of a vast collection of  3000 books, magazines and newspapers, CD-ROMs, thesis work, study tour reports, lecture series of national and international Architects in the form of DVDs followed by the well-resourced facilities etc. An open access system is followed here and the college has even subscribed to a large number of journals for students and faculties benefits.

Computer Center: The institute has put in place a well-equipped, fully air-conditioned and wifi enabled Computer Center for the purpose of making students digitally proficient and competent. Also, this place has the latest computers and licensed software installed in each so that students can take help for their project work and learn programming.

Classrooms: College also has spacious, well-ventilated and airy classrooms and all this gives a perfect and collaborative learning ambiance to ambitious youths, future Engineers and business leaders. And teachers also get an effective environment to teach students.

Shantai Auditorium and Amphitheatre: The Pune based institute has a well-resourced and fully-furnished Auditorium along with other facilities like projector, screen, audio-video facilities and recording system and this space is primarily used to organize a wide variety of events including guest lectures, training programs, industry-interaction sessions and students project presentations etc. Along with this, there is an Amphitheatre in the middle of the campus which is used for organizing fares and cultural fests.

And to fulfill this purpose and prepare students as per latest industry requirements, the institute has a Language Laboratory on campus.

Dnyanaprasad Sabhagruha: There is also a Sabhagruha on campus with a seating capacity of 200 people and facilities including Projectors, Internet access unit, Television set, VHS, CD/VCD units. And this gruha is used to conduct various events, presentations, meetings, conferences and lectures.
