I Business Institute Admission

I Business Institute, Greater Noida invites applications for its PGDM program in both offline and online mode. Given below are the steps to apply for admission:

Online Mode

Step 1: Visit the official website of the institute and go to the ‘Admission’ tab.

Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Online’ and fill the application form with all the required details.

Step 3: Pay an application fee of INR 1,100 via online payment mode (Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Transfer).

Step 4: Take a printout of the application form and bring it on the day of GD/PI along with all the required documents with one set of photocopies of all the documents.

Offline Mode

Step 1: Applicants can obtain the application form and prospectus from the institute on payment of INR 1,100 by DD to be drawn in favor of ‘I Business Institute’ payable at Greater Noida.

Step 2: Submit the duly filled application form along with the 10th, 12th and Graduation Mark sheet and CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT scorecard.

Admission Process

The admission process at I Business Institute constists of Screening round followed by a Panel Interview and Dean's/ Director’s Interview. The Screening Round is conducted to evaluate the communication and analytical capabilities of prospective candidates.

Selection Criteria

The Final Selection will be done on the basis of Academic Score + CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT score + Screening Round + Panel Interview Score + Dean's/ Director’s Interview Score.

I Business Institute Scholarship

A scholarship of up to INR 1,50,000 is available on first cum first serve basis. The candidates should fall under the merit category on the basis of their percentile in CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT. Also, the candidate should fulfill the criteria of having secured an overall 60% in the 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Competitive Exam. The categories are mentioned below:

Category I: Scholarship on basis of qualifying exam:

Category II: Scholarship on the basis of Academic Background: The candidates having 60% and above in B.Tech/B.E degree and have also secured 70% & above in 10^th & 12th will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000.

Category III: Scholarship for candidates with Work Experience: The candidates with at least 1 year of work experience and a minimum annual salary CTC of INR 3.2 LPA will receive a scholarship of INR 40,000. Candidates with a CTC of INR 5 LPA or higher will receive a scholarship of INR 50,000.
*No BPO Companies.

Category IV: Single Mother: The candidates, who are being raised by a Single Mother, will be awarded a scholarship of INR 50,000 provided the candidates should have secured 60% & above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

Category V: Girl Child: The girl candidates with 65% & above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000 as an initiative to promote higher education of female students and educational parity.

Category VI: Meritorious Student: A candidate who has achieved over 80% in their 10th, 12th, and graduation, as well as scored 85% percentile or higher in CAT/XAT, GMAT score of >650, and possesses 2 years of work experience with a INR 4 LPA package, will be eligible for a 50% scholarship.
* The Final scholarship will be awarded based on the candidate’s performance in the selection process.

Guidelines:

If any student is eligible for more than one category of scholarship the maximum scholarship can go up to INR 1,50,000.
The scholarship is available for limited seats only in each category on first-cum-first-serve basis. The decision of awarding the scholarship depends on the Institute Scholarship Committee. The maximum of INR 10,00,000 can be given as a scholarship to a batch.

Classrooms: The classrooms at IBI are designed in the theater style. The classrooms are centrally air-conditioned and facilitate a blend of traditional and modern modes of teaching with technological aids such as ceiling-mounted, LCD projectors, green boards, Wi-Fi and podium for faculty.
Library: The library is well-equipped with precious books, Textbooks, Reference books, Periodicals and Journals. Currently, It has been subscribing to 50 select periodicals in print form and online access to over 10,000 periodicals. It is supported by a large well-ventilated reading room.
Hostel: The institute provides a hostel facility for both boys and girls. The hostels are equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable and homely stay. Students are required to pay extra for availing of these facilities according to the hostel norms. The rooms are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and exclusively for girls, the hostel provides comfortable, homely stay and twin sharing rooms with all basic amenities. Situated inside the college campus our hostel gives a safe and homely environment for the students.
Incubation Centre: IBI has offered the Centre to a few start-ups and new ventures who aim to expand their projects using this facility. This center has become a place to network with and learn from some of India’s best entrepreneurial thinkers and practitioners and has been promoting students to expand their knowledge exponentially. It is supported by a team of industry mentors and faculty in a dedicated space on campus.
Cafeteria: The cafeteria is located on the 2nd Floor and can accommodate about 40-50 students at a time. It caters freshly cooked meals, snacks as well as ready-to-eat food at very nominal prices. The food quality and hygiene conditions are regularly monitored by the Institute’s Administration.
Conference Hall: IBI's conference halls serve as venues for student group interactions, preparation for mock interviews, and group discussions (GDs) organized by the institute's placement cell. Additionally, the conference rooms facilitate the supervision of online learning videos by faculty members.
Language Lab: The Institute has a dedicated English language communication laboratory known as Language Lab exclusively for improving communication skills. It is a state-of-the-art lab with the latest multimedia facilities. The language laboratory is an audio-visual installation used in modern teaching methods to learn foreign languages. Foyer: The Foyer Area at IBI, serves as a focal point for the institution. Ques. Is IBI good for PGDM/MBA college in Noida?

Ans. IBI is the best B-School offering a PGDM program in Noida with affordable fees and an impressive ROI. The course has been designed with a special focus on imparting training and molding aspirants to acquire necessary core competencies, which are specifically required to manage Business management. Ans. There is no minimum work experience required in order to apply for the course. Freshers can also apply for admission.

Ques. What are the rules for refund of fee in case of cancellation of admission?

Ans. If a student withdraws before or after the start of the course and the seat vacated by the student is filled by the institution, part of the fee will be refunded as per Management Rules. However, in case the seat remains vacant and is not filled by the last date of admission, the student will not be entitled to get any refund from the institution and will be obliged to pay the full fee for the entire tenure of the course.

Ans. By the completion of 1st year, IBI starts with a summer internship program for the students. Before starting with Internships, the students get trained rigorously by conducting mock interviews, panel interviews, group discussions, role-plays, presentations so that they can crack the internship interviews. Summer Internship starts in May and lasts till June or July based on company requirements. During their internships students are required to prepare daily reports of tasks performed and learning outcomes, the entire report is duly submitted to the college guide and company mentor for which the student is critically evaluated on several parameters. A presentation and dissertation viva is conducted after the summer internship, and it has to be submitted by the student to prospective panel members of that specific domain in which the student has completed his/her internship.

Ans. All applicants should first pre-qualify through I Business Institute (IBI) prescribed tests.
