PHD	Duration:3 years Subjects Offered: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics and Geology in Science faculty. Ph.D. course facility is also available in History, Political Science, Sociology, Hindi , English ,Sanskrit , Economics , Public Administration, Philosophy, Urdu and Geography in Arts faculty Eligibility: Pass in PG degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate.

Selection Criteria

Candidates can apply for UG level courses after passing 10+2 examinations from any recognized board. Candidates who qualified PTET 2022 will be given preference in selection.
For PG level courses, every candidate must qualify the graduation with good score in all the subjects from any recognized university.
The selection process in MA is based on merit of graduation score in the respective subjects followed by the interview.
The selection process in M.Com. at Govt. Dungar College is based on the graduation score in the respective subjects followed by the interview.
Admission to all the courses of M.Sc. is based on the university-based entrance followed by counselling or interview.
For Doctoral courses, the college requires valid identity proof with a scorecard of previous post-graduation programs done from any recognized university.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is granted on the basis of score secured in Combined Entrance Test (MPCET) conducted by MGSU followed by an interview.

Applications for admissions are filled via online mode.
Candidates can register and fill the application form for all the UG & PG courses on the Rajasthan government official portal
First the candidates need to generate SSo id from the portal and then further details are filled.
On the portal students have the option to choose subjects and college preferences for admission into courses.
Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of merit list which will be released on the same portal.

Government Dungar College Scholarships

The institute provides scholarships to meritorious students and economically backwards. Although the fee for the courses at the institute is quite affordable, still the scholarship is awarded to selected students as a stipend. Meritorious students whose annual family income is below 6 lakh are eligible for applying for scholarship.

The college provides sports facilities to students. Facilities for few sports is not available at the institution campus hence prior arrangements are made for conduction of such activities outside campus. Sports include Hockey, Football, Cricket, Tennis, Volley ball, Basket ball, Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Boxing, Wrestling, Shooting, Archery, Cycling, Athletics, Table tennis, Chess, Carom and Swimming.
